Founder | Executive Director
Jennifer Cole is a graduate of Northern Arizona University with a Bachelors Degree in Criminal Justice, focusing in Youth Crime Prevention and Business Administration. She is the cofounder and Executive Director at Young Artist Society. Jennifer is passionate about helping underserved populations and committed almost two decades to serving those in her community who need it the most. Her nonprofit background is extensive; from the beginning stages of incorporation through managing a program with a multi-million dollar budget. Jennifer is experienced working with children of all ages, special needs and various demographic backgrounds; including the community stakeholders associated with working with these special populations. Jennifer has demonstrated success in the nonprofit sector managing a family-centered program that focused on supporting at-risk youth to be successful in their community when they were faced with out-of-home placement. She’s fluent in working within the school districts, foster care system and juvenile justice system. Jennifer is an advocate and volunteer for several organizations throughout the valley.

Daniel Fessler is an entrepreneur, producer and
public speaker who dedicated twenty years todeveloping artists, producing music and performing.
He is servant leader who is committed to learning how to connect and empower people; realizing service and
bringing value to the marketplace is key in a connection economy. Focused on intentionally creating every aspect of the culture he expects, he understands success is a byproduct of serving your customers and your employees.

and create a plan to achieve it.
Ashley Cole is a Certified Public Accountant with a passion for music, dance, family and helping the community. She graduated from Arizona State University with a Bachelors Degree in Accounting; and later obtained her Masters in Business Administration with a Leadership emphasis from Grand Canyon University. She has extensive experience in both the non-profit and for profit fields of accounting and finance, including auditing many local Arizona non-profits, as well as drafting financial statements, corporate finance functions and tax return preparation. Ashley is a member of the Arizona Society of CPAs and serves on a variety of committees for that organization as well as other local non-profits. Ashley spent many years of her life competing in the performing arts and attributes the discipline learned through this commitment to her successes today.

with a heart for service. She strives to bring true value to the marketplace and intentionally creates the culture
Young Artist Society believes in. Ashley heads the organization’s media relations including:
graphic design, branding, print, media campaigns, web development, T-shirts, design, flyers and promotional items. Ashley is committed to supporting the team and serves as Secretary on the Board of Directors.
Megan Wilson is currently the Provider Services Program Manager at Comprehensive Medical Dental Plan aiding children in the Arizona Foster Care System. She graduated from Arizona State with her MSW in 2013. She has experience in providing direct service, as well as, training, managing and developing programs related to behavioral health and individuals with intellectual disabilities. Megan continues to aspire to teach families, providers and the community on how to meet the needs of Arizona's most vulnerable populations.
Kim Hemmersbach is a licensed professional counselor who has worked with at-risk youth and their families since the beginning of her career in 2000. Working with at-risk youth has always been a passion of Kim's. Kim has become fluent in the systems of juvenile justice and child safety as a result of her time spent counseling at-risk youth. She is highly revered by the juvenile justice system and department of child safety. Coordination of care and meeting the needs of these youth is of utmost importance to Kim. She strongly feels that youth need an outlet and connection to a caring adult, so feels very strongly about the mission of Young Artist Society.
Justin Sjaaheim is an artist, mixing engineer, and producer with a passion of positively influencing youth through life coaching, education, and music. Having dedicated over 15 years to music, a bachelor’s degree in Counseling from Grand Canyon University, & experience working with at-risk youth, Justin has a passion to help young artists harness creativity to positively impact culture & the communities in which they live. Music has always been a key factor in Justin’s life. In fact, personally relating to many of the students we serve, Justin is a dedicated servant leader in & outside of the classroom.
